The Office of Support for Teacher Education and Global Student Teaching staff welcomes you to our website. We have made significant changes to our website in an effort to provide you with information, forms, applications, and policies related to student teaching and field placements. Whether you are a teacher candidate, faculty member, cooperating teacher, principal or TCNJ staff member, you can access the information, policies and forms related to your role contained on this site. All of the forms and policies can be easily downloaded for your use.
Our office continues to make greater use of electronic copies of information. Consequently, on this site we have included “hot links” to schools, services, and handbooks related to student teaching, sophomore and junior field placements, and Global Student Teaching.
The mission of our department is to support the work of our teacher education programs in general and more specifically with the clinical field placements of our teacher candidates at home and abroad. In an effort for you to get to know us little better we posted on our website information about each member of our department, our professional experience, education and roles we play in our work. All of us are committed to providing you with prompt, professional and courteous service at all times.
